Our Food is shipped from Rocklin, California directly to your location using either: 
    UPS Ground (could take up to 5 business days in transit to reach the east coast states)
    UPS 3 Day Select (delivered before the end of the 3rd business day in transit)
    UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered before the end of the 2nd business day in transit)             

UPS Ground shipping charges are calculated as a percent of total sales.  It is usually 2 times more expensive to ship UPS 3 Day Select, and 3 times more expensive to ship 2nd Day Air.  The actual shipping charges are calculated on the Checkout Page, based on the shipping method you select. 

     Orders received today will normally be shipped the day after tomorrow.
     Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will normally be shipped on Tuesday.
     Then allow for transit time.


Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.   However, we will hold up your order until we can ship it complete, rather than ship it piecemeal.  This could add another day or two for processing. 

To be safe, please allow up to two weeks for delivery using UPS Ground.


Shipments will not be made to PO Boxes.

Sorry, no shipments made outside the United States.  (Only the 48 States + Alaska & Hawaii)
